Skyrock Condominiums is a condominium community in Arlington, TX. This document is a First Amendment to the Declaration, which modifies only the occupancy limits for individual units. The amendment was approved by owners and took effect upon filing in November 2021. It binds all unit owners, tenants, and guests.
- Occupancy limits: Generally, no more than three individuals may occupy a unit. However, Units 101, 201, 301, and 305 (originally four-bedroom units) may have up to four occupants. These limits do not apply to a unit occupied solely by a single parent or married couple and their non-adult children. Also, any lease in effect as of August 15, 2021 that expressly allowed more occupants is grandfathered, for that lease and its renewals with the same occupants.
