This document is a formal notice filed by the Hillstone Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. - Pool hours & supervision: Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM daily. An adult (age 18+) must accompany children under 16.
- Guests & behavior: Homeowners may bring up to four guests; guests must be accompanied by the homeowner. Prohibited activities include running, jumping, diving, tag, cannonballing, and boisterous play.
- Prohibited items & substances: No glass, alcoholic beverages, drugs, smoking (including vaping), rafts/flotation devices, bikes, scooters, hover boards, or roller blades are allowed in the pool area. All animals (except service animals under ADA) are prohibited.
- Swimwear & hygiene: Proper swimwear is required (no cutoff shorts); babies/toddlers must wear swim diapers. Use oils/lotions minimally, and persons with cuts, abrasions, or communicable diseases may not enter the pool.
- Safety, liability & enforcement: No lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk. The association is not responsible for injuries or lost/stolen property. Violations may result in suspension of pool privileges. Vandalism will be reported to police.
