Pecan Grove is a standard single-family home HOA in Burleson, TX — you own your lot and house, and the association maintains common areas funded by assessments. The rules cover use restrictions, construction, maintenance, and enforcement.
- Use restrictions: Lots are for single-family residential use only. No industrial, business, commercial, or professional uses; home-office work is allowed only if it doesn't involve employee/client parking, solicitation, or material deliveries. Churches are prohibited unless approved.
- Pets: Only common household pets (cats, dogs) allowed, no livestock or exotic animals. Maximum of 4 domesticated pets per residence. Pets must be kept within fenced areas of the lot.
