- Vehicles, trash & storage: No junk, wrecked vehicles, utility trailers, or unsightly storage may be visible from the street. Utility trailers must be parked in a garage or outbuilding. Toys must be kept orderly. No business use or business signs allowed.
- Duration & amendments: These covenants run for 20 years from the document's execution (September 2025) and automatically renew for successive 10-year terms unless two-thirds of owners vote to amend or terminate.
