Soho Square Condominiums is a 12-unit condominium community in Cockrell Hill, TX. You own your unit in fee simple and share ownership of the common elements (land, building structure, common areas). The association maintains the common elements and carries master insurance. All owners must follow the declaration and bylaws.
- Use restrictions: Each unit must be used as a one-family residential dwelling. No hotel or transient uses (leases less than 30 days) are allowed. Business use is limited to incidental personal business.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing, for the entire unit, and for a term of at least 30 days. The tenant must agree to comply with the declaration and bylaws. The owner remains liable for all obligations.
