- Tree requirements: All shade trees must be a minimum of 2–4 inches in caliper, measured 6 inches from the base. No trees are required in rear yards. Two small or ornamental trees may substitute for one shade tree.
- Applicability: These rules apply only to lots within Townside Phase 1 Property. Other provisions of the Architectural Guidelines remain unchanged and in full force for other phases.
