- Trash & littering: Trash must be disposed of in provided dumpsters; no hazardous materials, chemicals, wooden pallets, appliances, or medical waste are allowed. Boxes must be flattened. Improper dumpster use or littering (e.g., cigarette butts) incurs a minimum $250 fine per incident, plus any cleanup costs.
- Parking & vehicles: Parking spaces are unassigned. Occupants and employees should avoid parking in front of spaces to keep them open for visitors and customers. Prohibited: large commercial vehicles, limousines, mobile units, inoperable vehicles, and any vehicle deemed a nuisance. Vehicle repairs or restorations are not allowed, and no vehicle may obstruct traffic on private streets.
