Mercer Square Condominiums is a condominium community in Dallas, TX. These amendments to the Condominium Declaration establish binding rules for leasing, storage units, and parking units. They apply to all unit owners, tenants, and prospective residents.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for a term of at least six months; transient or hotel purposes are prohibited. Each lease must cover an entire unit, be in writing, state it is subject to the Declaration, and require the tenant to comply with all governing documents.
