Each Lot entitled to one vote. Class A Members: one vote per Lot. Class B Members (Declarant and builders): six votes per Lot. Class B membership ceases when Class A votes are 8 times Class B votes, or Declarant no longer owns Lots, or 10th (Section 4.03)

Amendments

Bylaws or Articles may be amended at meeting of Members by vote of majority of votes, regardless of class, as provided in Section 4.06. Until Class B Membership ceases, no amendment without written approval of Class B Member. (Article XV)
