- Parking & vehicles: No boats, trailers, RVs, or similar vehicles may be parked in front yards or on streets. Trucks over 1 ton and vehicles with advertisements cannot park overnight. Vehicles must be operational and licensed. No dangerous cargo vehicles allowed.
- Pets: No animals may be raised or bred for commercial purposes. Up to 4 domesticated household pets per lot. Pets must be restrained or confined in a fenced backyard or inside the residence. Lots must be kept free of pet waste.
