- Parking & vehicles: Street parking is restricted: vehicles must park parallel within 18 inches of the curb, no vehicle may extend more than 95 inches into the roadway, and at least 10 feet of roadway must remain clear. Prohibited on streets: vehicles with a rated capacity over 3/4 ton, trucks, motor homes, buses, trailers, boats, campers, and tractors. No parking in front of driveways, within 15 feet of fire hydrants, or within 20 feet of crosswalks. Vehicles visible from public streets must be operational, with current inspection and registration.
- Assessments & fees: The annual assessment is $100 per lot (as of the initial period), and special assessments require approval by 51% of members. Assessments are due by January 15th, with a $5 late charge per month on the balance due.
- Board & meetings: The Board consists of 5 to 7 directors, who must be members or related by blood/marriage, over 21, and permanently residing in Preston Meadow. Annual meetings are held the first Saturday in June, and directors are elected by majority vote.
