- Signage rules: Residential lots may display one ground-mounted security sign (max 1 sq ft), up to two flags (max 4'x6'), seasonal flags for up to 3 months, one political sign per candidate/issue (max 4'x6'), and one for-sale sign. All other signs require ACC approval.
