20000026889 at Vol. 08314 Page 102, et. seq., and as amended, in the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas, (the “By-Laws”); : WHEREAS, Article IX, Section 1 of the By-Laws states: “These By-Laws may be amended at a regular or special meeting of the Members by vote of a majority of a quorum of members present in person or acting by proxy.”; NOW THEREFORE, this Second Amendment to the By-Laws is made on the date hereinafter by the Members of the Ridgestone Unit-9 Homeowners Association, Inc. and alters Section 1 of Article IX of the By-Laws filed as Document No. 20000026889 at Vol. 08314 Page 102, et. seq., and as amended, in the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas, and shall hereinafter read as follows: ARTICLE IX 1. These By-Laws may be amended at a regular or special meeting of the Members by vote of a majority of a quorum of members present in person or acting by proxy. In amending, repealing, or adopting a By-Law, the members expressly provide that the Board of Directors may not amend, adopt, or repeal any By-Law without the requisite vote of membership.
This Amendment was adopted at the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Association on November 4, 2020 at which a quorum of members were present. This Amendment received the affirmative vote
