PARKING ENFORCEMENT POLICY WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IX, Section A of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Rice Field recorded as Document 20170130000128830 in the Collin County Deed Records and as it may be amended from time to time (the "CCRs"), the Board of Directors of the Rice Field Owners Association, Inc. (the "Association") is authorized to adopt and publish rules, policies, and guidelines concerning the administration of the Subdivision, the enforcement of the CCRs, the use and enjoyment of the Subdivision, and limitations on use of the Common Areas; and WHEREAS, the capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings given such terms in the CCRs, unless expressly defined herein; and WHEREAS the Board of Directors of the Association held a meeting, and at such meeting each board member was given reasonable opportunity to express the board member's opinion to all other board members and to vote and the board members adopted the following policy governing parking enforcement; and NOW THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HEREBY RESOLVES THAT, upon this date the following Parking Enforcement Policy ("Policy”) is adopted: The Association may, without the consent of the owner or operator of an Unauthorized Vehicle, cause the vehicle and any property on or in the vehicle to be removed and stored at a vehicle storage facility at the vehicle owner's or operator's expense.

An Unauthorized Vehicle means a vehicle parked, stored, or located within the Subdivision, including without limitation upon any street or upon any other part of the Common Amenities, Common Areas, or

An Unauthorized Vehicle means a vehicle parked, stored, or located within the Subdivision, including without limitation upon any street or upon any other part of the Common Amenities, Common Areas, or Lot in violation of Section VI.N of the CCRs. An Unauthorized Vehicle also includes an unattended vehicle that: (1) is parked in the street (2) is a resident's vehicle that is not properly registered with the Towing Company (3) is a resident's vehicle parked in areas reserved for Guest Parking (4) is a commercial vehicle or vehicle with advertising and signage parked or stored in public view unless actively engaged in commercial use at the residence during normal business hours (5) is a guest vehicle parked in an area reserved for Guest Parking for more than 72 hours or after 7 non-consecutive days in any thirty (30) day period.

An Unauthorized Vehicle that is registered with the Towing Company and is parked in the street may be stickered for removal after 24 hours. An Unauthorized Vehicle that is not registered with the Towing Company and is parked in the street may be immediately towed. An Unauthorized Vehicle that is registered with the Towing Company and is parked in an area reserved for Guest Parking may be stickered for removal after 24 hours. Any guest vehicle parked in an area reserved for guest parking may be removed after 72 hours or after 7 non-consecutive days in any thirty (30) day period. The Association may, without the consent of the owner or operator of an Unauthorized Vehicle, immediately remove any vehicle at any time.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that this Parking Enforcement Policy is effective upon adoption and recordation hereof, to remain in force and effect until revoked, modified or amended.
