FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RICE FIELD AT PLANO ARTS This First Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for RICE FIELD AT PLANO ARTS (this 11 Amendment") is made by URBAN INTOWNHOMES, LTD., a Texas limited par1nership (the "Declarant"), and is as follows: A. B. Pursuant to Article XV. A. of the Declaration, the Declarant may unilaterally amend the Declaration.
