- Occupancy & use: Units are for single-family residential use only. A 'Single Family' is defined as persons related by blood/marriage/adoption or up to 3 unrelated persons living as a household. Home-based businesses are limited to minimal use without external signs of business activity.
- Pets: No more than two domestic pets per unit (presumed reasonable). Pets must be leashed when outside the unit, and owners must promptly dispose of waste. No pet housing visible from neighboring property.
