- Prohibited activities: No business may be conducted on any lot. Outdoor loudspeakers, amplifiers, and antenna towers exceeding 5 feet above the roof are prohibited.
- Enforcement: Any lot owner may sue to enforce these restrictions and recover damages and attorney's fees. A violation does not affect existing mortgage liens.
