- Membership & voting: Each unit owner is a member. Each unit has one vote, cast by a designated Voting Member. Annual meetings are held the first Wednesday of March.

- Amendments: Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of eligible members (per an amendment) with 10 days' written notice to mortgagees. Amendments inconsistent with the Declaration are void.
