• Parking & vehicles: Commercial/recreational vehicles (e.g., motor homes, trailers, boats, trucks over 3/4 ton) may not be parked on streets, sidewalks, front yards, or driveways. Family vehicles (cars, SUVs, pickups under 3/4 ton, motorcycles) must be parked in the garage or driveway, not on front yard. Up to two total vehicles (any combination) may be parked in the rear yard if behind a 6-foot wall and not exceeding the wall height by more than 4 feet, and at least 4 feet from any common wall between lots. No vehicle repairs (except emergency) are allowed outside the garage on a lot.
