• Vehicles & parking: No commercial trucks, RVs, boats, campers, or similar vehicles may be kept on streets. Boats, disabled vehicles, trailers, motor homes, etc., must be fenced, stored in garages, or otherwise screened from view.
• Animals: No horses, cattle, pigs, chickens, or other livestock may be kept on lots.
• Natural arroyo & drainage: Natural arroyos must remain undisturbed. Nothing that impedes storm water flow may be built, planted, or allowed to grow in them. Each lot owner must keep arroyos clear of debris.
• Roadway easement & maintenance: A roadway easement for ingress/egress and public utilities exists over the described area. Maintenance costs are shared equally among benefiting property owners.
