This document is a 2001 amendment to the village's tract declaration, not the full set of community rules. It adjusts how Shawnee Village Fees are assessed and accounted (allowing them to be combined with other villages) and eliminates the separate Design Review Committee, as architectural approvals are now handled by the community-wide committee.
- Shawnee Village Fees & Accounting: The amendment lets the association combine Shawnee Village Fees with fees from other villages for budgeting and accounting, rather than keeping them separate per village.
