What Pueblo Cassandra's governing documents say
This document is an attachment to the Pueblo Cassandra Homeowners Association CC&Rs and Design Guidelines. It lists the approved exterior paint colors for the community, adopted in 2009. Homeowners must use only the specified Dunn Edwards paint colors and follow the required arrangement of a dominant main color with descending darker shades.
- Exterior paint colors: Only the Dunn Edwards paint colors listed in the approved palette may be used for exterior painting. For each palette, the lightest color is the dominant (main) color, and the darker shades must be used in descending order from the top of the building to the ground.
