Crystal Springs is a standard single-family homeowners association (HOA) subdivision in Jeffersonville, IN. These rules apply to property owners in the Crystal Springs, Villages of Crystal Springs, and Lakes of Crystal Springs sections. The HOA maintains common areas and a recreation center; membership and assessments are required. Rules cover architectural standards, leasing, parking, pets, and more.
- Architectural review & construction: All structures, fences, and landscaping plans must be approved in writing by the Successor Developer (or assign). Exterior materials must be brick, stone, or veneer (other materials may be approved). Roof pitch and minimum floor areas vary by section (e.g., one-story houses: 1,200–1,800 sq ft; two-story: 1,800–2,400 sq ft). No mobile homes, barns, or temporary structures. - Assessments & HOA membership: All lot owners are automatically Class A members, assessed $150/year for common area maintenance.
