Boats, trailers, RVs, and unlicensed or inoperable vehicles cannot be left on the community for more than five days unless stored in a garage or approved area. Trucks with campers are allowed if used as primary transportation and the camper is stored out of view.
- Pets & animals: Only usual household pets (dogs, cats, etc.) in reasonable numbers are allowed; no commercial breeding. Dogs must be leashed outside, and pets that cause damage, noise, or nuisance must be removed upon Board request.
- Use restrictions: All lots must be used for residential purposes only; no businesses (except with Board approval) and no day care operations. Firearms are prohibited, as are window air conditioners, exterior clotheslines, and most antennas (satellite dishes up to 18 inches are allowed if not visible from the street).
- Landscaping & outdoor items: Tree removal of trees over 4 inches in diameter (or any dogwood) requires approval. Vegetable gardens, play equipment, basketball goals, hot tubs, and storage sheds need Committee approval and must be placed between the rear dwelling line and rear lot line. No artificial vegetation or exterior sculpture without approval.
