This document is the master declaration of covenants and restrictions that applies to all lots in the development. - What you own & maintain: You own your lot and the townhouse on it. The HOA maintains common areas, private streets, and stormwater facilities. You are responsible for your roof and interior, and share costs for party walls and shared roofs with neighbors.
