This is an amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Jefferson Landing, a single-family home community in Leland, NC. It only changes lawn and grounds maintenance rules for specific lots (125–136 in Section 3). The full rulebook is not included here.
- Lawn & grounds maintenance: Lots 125–136 in Section 3 are excluded from the association's automatic lawn and grounds maintenance. Owners of those lots may petition the association to start providing that service and, if approved, must pay the cost as part of the annual Garden Home Assessment.
- What this document doesn't cover: This is a partial amendment only. It does not contain the community's full rules on pets, leasing, parking, architectural review, or other typical HOA restrictions. Those are in the original Declaration (filed June 1, 2006) and other governing documents.
