Voting & meetings
Class A members (all Owners except Declarant) have one vote per Lot owned. Class B member (Declarant) has ten votes per Lot owned. Suspension of voting rights for nonpayment of assessments or for infraction (up to 60 days). (Section 20.iv and 20.iii.B)
Amendments
For 10 years from date, Declarant has sole right to amend. Thereafter, amendment requires recording by owners of at least 75% of the Lots. (Section 19)
