- Religious items: One religious item per dwelling is permitted, such as a mezuzah or cross, no larger than 2 feet by 3 feet (or 50 square inches for smaller items). Items must be made of permanent materials, maintained, and not offensive to passersby.
- Solar energy devices: Solar panels are allowed but require prior architectural review approval. They must be installed parallel to the roofline and match its slope. Ground-mounted panels are restricted to below the fence line. Frames and wiring must be color-matched.
- Records inspection & voting: Owners (or their authorized agent) may request to inspect or purchase copies of association records. Ballots for elections are issued only by the association, must be signed and dated, and can be submitted electronically or in person by one business day before the meeting.
