- Fencing on Lake Lots: Fencing on lots adjacent to the lake must not restrict the view: only metal, aluminum, or vinyl fencing is allowed (chain link prohibited). Continuous hedges on rear/side lot lines must be kept at 4 feet or below.
- Fencing on Common Areas (Non-Lake Lots): Fencing on lots adjacent to common areas (except lake lots) must not restrict the view and must be metal, aluminum, or vinyl (chain link prohibited).
- Fencing in Front Yards: Any fencing extending beyond the frontmost part of the house and parallel to the front sidewalk is prohibited. Fencing in front of the home or on side lot lines extending beyond the front plane must be metal, aluminum, or vinyl and not restrict views (chain link prohibited).
- Buildings and Storage Sheds: Storage sheds visible from the street must match the house's materials and architecture. Units not at least 80% brick or stucco cannot be placed on side yards or be visible from the street. Height limit: 10 feet. On lake lots, sheds must be at least 30 feet from the rear property boundary. Existing sheds are grandfathered until needing replacement or upgrade.
