What Cielo Ranch's governing documents say
This is a Fifth Amendment to the governing documents of Cielo Ranch Homeowners Association, a single-family home community in Denton, TX. It only adds one new rule about combining lots; it does not contain the full set of community rules.
- Combining lots: You may combine two or more adjoining lots into a single building site to build one house, subject to approval of plans, compliance with government regulations, and payment of all costs (including replatting and professional fees). After consolidation, the lots are treated as one for most purposes, but you still pay assessments on each original lot separately and retain one vote per original lot. Combining portions of lots (not whole lots) is prohibited.
- What this document doesn't cover: This amendment only addresses lot consolidation. Full HOA rules on maintenance, assessments, pets, leasing, parking, architectural review, and other restrictions are in the original Declaration and its prior amendments, which are not included here.
