Schaumburg Lofts is a condominium community in the Julia Martin subdivision of Forest Hill, TX. You own your individual unit and share ownership of common elements managed by the association. The governing declaration sets rules for leasing, use, and modifications.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for a term of at least 60 days. Time-sharing arrangements are prohibited. All leases must be in writing and subject to board requirements.
- Use & occupancy: All units (A–H) must be used for residential purposes only. No business activities are permitted except as otherwise allowed by the board.
- Deck expansions: Unit owners may expand roof decks only with prior board approval, a structural engineer's certification of weight limits, and written plans. The board may adopt additional rules.
