Up to two flags per property: one on a bracket on a street-facing structure (30°–90° angle) and one on a rear portion. One freestanding flagpole up to 20 ft tall is allowed, subject to setback and distance from neighboring dwellings. Lighting must be ground-mounted and shielded.

Approved colors: Weather Wood, Oxford Grey, or similar; others need ACC approval. Overlays not allowed – all old materials must be removed down to decking. Ridge vents encouraged. Wind/hail-resistant materials permitted subject to ACC approval.
- Display of Religious Items: One or more religious items may be displayed on the entry door frame, not exceeding 36 square inches total. Items cannot extend beyond the door frame's outside edge and must not contain language or graphics that are patently offensive to a passerby.

Certain records (financial info of individual owners, violation details, attorney‑client privileged) are not available.
- Document Retention: Certificate of formation and restrictive covenants kept permanently. Financial books and records for at least 7 years. Current owner account records retained for 7 years. Former owner records retained 1 year after ownership ends. Meeting minutes retained 7 years. Other documents kept as long as the board deems useful.
