- Transfer fees & capital contribution: When a property is transferred, the seller (or buyer) must pay: a Resale Certificate / Routine Owner Certificate fee of $375 ($50 for lot purchase by builder), a Working Capital fee of $200 (for new and resale homes), and a Transfer Fee of $175. For foreclosures, the Transfer Fee is $190.
- Board of Directors structure: As of the 2024 First Amendment to the Bylaws, the Board consists of 5 directors: 3 elected by Patio Home Lot Owners and 2 elected by Townhome Owners.
