This is an amendment to the protective covenants for Pine Tree Estates #2, a planned unit development with a landowners association (HOA) in Haltom City, TX. It modifies the original covenants and applies to all lot owners, but it is not the complete rulebook — the full covenants and other rules are not included here.
- Leasing & rentals: No more than 20% of the HOA's lots may be leased or subleased to a third party at any given time. Owners who were already subleasing as of the date of this amendment (May 2019) may continue those subleasing activities until the lot is sold or conveyed, after which the 20% cap applies. 'Third party' means anyone who is not an owner.
