- Use of land: Lots are for single-family residential use only. Only one detached single-family dwelling (max two stories) plus an attached garage is allowed.

- Pets & animals: Dogs, cats, or other common household pets are allowed but not for commercial purposes. No other animals, livestock, or poultry.
