- Parking & vehicles: Inoperable vehicles may not be stored for more than 90 days. One recreational vehicle or boat per lot, but cannot be used as a residence. No parking or storage of such vehicles for others.
- Outbuildings & accessory dwellings: One accessory dwelling (≤800 sq ft) allowed only on lots 2+ acres, must be behind the residence, and occupied only by guests. Outbuildings limited to two total (including accessory dwelling), must be behind the residence.
- Maintenance & nuisances: Owners must keep lots, landscaping, and structures neat and well-maintained. No noxious activities, dumping, or interference with drainage. Trash must be in containers; no visible clothes drying or unsightly objects.
- Homeowners association: An HOA can be formed by 75% of lot owners. If formed, all owners must be members, pay assessments, and comply with bylaws and rules. Assessments can be levied to fund common areas and operations, secured by a lien on each lot.
