Shorewood Hills is a single-family home subdivision in Kennedale, TX (originally Arlington). These restrictions apply to homeowners in this standard HOA community (no condominium or townhome structure). The rules cover what you can build, how you maintain your property, and general use of your lot.
- Residential use only: Each lot must be used exclusively for residential purposes. No business, professional, commercial, or manufacturing use is allowed. No temporary structures or trailers may be used as a residence.
- Architectural review & approval: All new construction, alterations, fences, and exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Plans and specifications must be submitted; approval is presumed if the committee does not respond within 30 days.
