Ingram Terrace is a standard single-family homeowners association (HOA) in Murphy, TX. This document is a management certificate and collection policy, not the full declaration of covenants. It establishes fees and procedures for resales and delinquent assessments, binding all owners.
- Resale & transfer fees: Resale certificate: $375. Transfer fee: $250. Optional inspection fee: $150. Working capital contribution: $600.
- Assessment payment & delinquency: Annual assessments are due January 1. Assessments become delinquent 30 days after the due date. A $25 late fee accrues every 30 days until paid.
