- Parking & vehicles: All vehicles (cars, boats, trailers) must be stored in the garage or driveway. No overnight street parking for more than 48 consecutive hours. No commercial vehicles larger than a 1-ton pickup or standard 2-axle passenger van may remain on any lot or street. Inoperable vehicles and those without current tags are prohibited. Repairs must be done inside garages or screened from view.
