• Suspension of amenities: The Board may suspend a delinquent owner's (or tenant's) use of common area amenities if the account is delinquent for at least 30 days.
• Lien and acceleration: The Association may record an assessment lien against the property after notifying the owner. If an installment assessment is delinquent, the Association may accelerate the entire balance after 15 days' notice of default.
