Greenwood Flats is a condominium community governed by the Texas Uniform Condominium Act. You own your unit and an undivided interest in the common elements; the association maintains common areas, carries master insurance, and levies monthly and special assessments. This declaration applies to all unit owners and residents, including tenants.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for the entire unit, in writing, and approved by the Board. No more than six units may be leased at any one time; a waiting list system applies. Declarant is exempt from these limits.
