- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit. - Leasing & rentals: You may not lease less than your entire unit. A copy of each lease must be submitted to the association promptly after execution (terms may be redacted). - Parking & vehicles: Each unit includes a designated parking space (part of the unit). There is also a guest parking area. Parking is for automobiles only, subject to association rules and regulations.
