Decorative rock in front/side yards limited to 10%. Common fences (shared lot boundaries) are maintained jointly by adjoining owners at equal cost. Sidewalks maintained by owner per city requirements.
- Signs: One for-sale sign (max 2x3 feet) per lot allowed. Political signs allowed up to 15 days after election. No other signs, including for rent signs. Seasonal/holiday decorations not addressed. Signs must comply with ACA standards. Association may remove non-compliant signs.
