- Architectural review: All fencing and exterior masonry must comply with detailed specifications approved in writing by the seller/architectural reviewer. Corner lots and interior lots have different requirements.
- Fencing requirements: Privacy fencing is required on all lots, minimum 6 feet tall. Fences must be Douglas Fir dog-ear pressure treated wood or better, stained, with steel posts. Corner lot fences must be set back 5 feet from the street and must be stained with Sherwin Williams Cedarbark 3511 or equivalent. Fencing along FM741, school, park, collector street, or amenity center must be No. 1 grade cedar board-on-board with cap and trim.
- Brick requirements: One-story homes: 100% brick on front, masonry extends 5 feet along sides. Two-story homes: 100% brick on front, 65% masonry overall, masonry extends 5 feet along sides. Corner lots require brick on both street-facing sides, with 5-foot extension on non-street side.
