- Front: 25 ft from dedicated road right-of-way; Side: 10 ft on one side and 8 ft on the other; Rear: 25 ft from rear Lot line. Committee may grant variances. (Section 1.04)
- Use restrictions
- All Lots shall be used for single-family residential purposes exclusively. No Lot shall be subdivided or re-subdivided without prior written approval of Developer. (Article I, Section 1.01)
- Voting & meetings
- One (1) vote for each Residential Lot owned. When more than one person holds an interest, only one vote per Lot. Developer has exclusive voting rights while owning any portion of the Development. (Section 4.02)
