What Pima Norte's governing documents say
Pima Norte is a commercial condominium in Carefree, AZ, meaning each unit is owned separately and used for commercial purposes, primarily garden office uses as permitted by zoning. Residential, recreational, manufacturing, and industrial uses are not allowed. Unit owners are bound by the declaration; tenants must comply with the same rules via written leases.

Special assessments require 67% owner approval. Delinquent assessments bear 18% interest and are secured by a lien. A transfer fee is payable by each new unit owner except a first purchaser.
