• Pets & animals: No horses, cows, swine, sheep, goats, or birds may be raised or kept. Only commonly accepted household pets in reasonable numbers, not for commercial purposes. Pets must be leashed or confined; owners must keep premises clean.
• Signs: Only one sign of no more than 4 sq ft advertising the lot for sale or rent may be displayed to public view. The declarant/developer is exempt.
• Term & amendments: The declaration runs for 30 years from recording (1984) and automatically renews for successive 10-year periods. Within the first 30 years, amendment or revocation requires a written instrument signed by owners of two-thirds of the lots. Thereafter, a majority of lot owners is required.
