This document is a first amendment to the original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for Womack East Unit Two, a standard single-family home subdivision. It modifies only one section: it sets a minimum floor area requirement for dwellings and leaves all other rules unchanged. The rules apply to lot owners.
- Minimum dwelling size: No dwelling may be built on any lot unless its ground floor area is at least 800 square feet, excluding porches, garages, carports, pergolas, and patios, unless the original developer approves a smaller size.
