Paseo Trail is a planned residential neighborhood of single-family detached homes in Chandler, AZ, governed by a homeowners association (Paseo Trail North Homeowners Association). All lot owners are members and subject to covenants, conditions, and restrictions designed to maintain property values and a residential character.
- What you own & maintain: You own your lot and the residence built on it. The association maintains common areas; you are responsible for your lot's maintenance, including landscaping in the front yard and adjacent common area strips.
- Architectural review: All exterior improvements, alterations, landscaping, and changes to color or materials require prior written approval from the Architectural Committee. This includes fences, roofing, solar panels, and exterior lights.
