Any vehicle parked in the rear yard cannot be supplied with electric power, water, or sewer, and cannot be used for living purposes for longer than 14 days. Abandoned or inoperable vehicles cannot be stored where visible from other lots or streets.
• Signs: No signs visible from public view except one professional sign of no more than 1 square foot, one sign of no more than 5 square feet advertising the property for sale or rent, and builder signs during construction/sales.
• Antennas & equipment: No outdoor antenna or device for TV, radio, CB, or ham radio may exceed 8 feet above the roof crest of the dwelling on the lot.
• Covenant duration & amendment: These covenants run with the land and were originally effective until January 1, 2013. They automatically renew for successive 10-year periods unless a majority of lot owners vote to change them.
